Every piece begins when you order — not before.
We shape it, fire it, and let it cool in its own time. That takes a few days. Please allow 7 working days before we ship it out.

We currently ship within the EU and the UK only.

Free shipping is available on orders above 500€.

All pieces are packed securely for fragile transport.

Duties & Taxes

Please note that if you’re ordering from outside the EU, you may have to pay customs duties which are not included in the total price of your order. These customs duties must be paid directly to the carrier or to the authorities in your country.

Returns

Due to the handmade and delicate nature of the work, all sales are final.

If an item arrives damaged, please contact me within 24 hours with photos.

Each piece is made individually and small variations are part of its character.
