Every piece begins when you order — not before.
We shape it, fire it, and let it cool in its own time. That takes a few days. Please allow 7 working days before we ship it out.

We work with reliable couriers, depending on where you are. You’ll get a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.

UK: Free UK Shipping: Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2–4 working days)
DPD Next-Day (1h delivery window): £6.50

Europe: DPD Tracked – £12 (3–5 working days)

Rest of World: Royal Mail Tracked – £16 (7–14 working days)

Duties & Taxes

If you're ordering from outside the UK, local duties and taxes may apply. These are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer. We know — not ideal — but we prefer to be upfront.

Returns

Each piece is made for you, one by one. It’s glass — alive, unpredictable, and not meant to travel back and forth across the world. We ask you to choose with care.

Returns aren’t part of our usual process. We don’t offer them unless something arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered.

If you're unsure about sizing or have questions before you buy, just reach out. We’ll help you get it right from the start.

If there is an issue, email us within 7 days of delivery at care@studyofglass.com, with photos if needed — we’ll figure it out together.
