Refund & Dispute policy.

Due to the handmade and delicate nature of the work, all sales are final.

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with photos at natalie{at}dubrovska.studio

Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund:

  • You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide photographic evidence of the issue, including the packaging if damaged during transit.

If your refund request is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Change of mind

  • Items damaged after delivery

Disputes

If anything goes wrong with a shipment or payment, contact us directly — we resolve all issues personally and promptly.
