Refund & Dispute policy.

Effective Date: 06 June 2025

At Study.ofGlass, each piece is made to order and crafted by hand. Due to the fragile and custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds except in cases where the item arrives damaged or there is a confirmed error in the order.

Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide photographic evidence of the issue, including the packaging if damaged during transit.

If your refund request is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size ordered (please contact us in advance for assistance)

  • Items damaged after delivery

  • Custom, bespoke, or made-to-order items (unless damaged or incorrect)

Disputes

If you believe there has been a billing error or unresolved issue, we encourage you to contact us directly at care@studyofglass.com before initiating a dispute through your bank or payment provider. We’re committed to resolving genuine concerns fairly and promptly.
